Sleutelcompetentie: lichamelijke en geestelijke gezondheid
In deze sleutelcompetentie is er aandacht voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van een gezonde levensstijl. De thema’s die hier behandeld worden zijn voeding, hygiëne, seksualiteit, EHBO en mogelijk verslavende middelen/handelingen. Daarnaast wil de competentie focussen op het opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van een fysiek actieve levensstijl waarbij motorische vaardigheden, dagelijks bewegen en het plezier in bewegen en samenspelen centraal staan.
Veilig gedrag
Veiligheid is een belangrijke bouwsteen om jongeren te sensibiliseren tot veilig gedrag. Mentaal welbevinden is een andere bouwsteen van deze sleutelcompetentie. Hier wordt de basis gelegd om jongeren de instrumenten te geven om stress het hoofd te bieden. De leerling leert reflecteren en praten over zelfvertrouwen, zelfbeeld en emoties en leert gedachten, gevoelens, gedragingen en mogelijke gevolgen benoemen. Leerlingen verkennen ook samen het hulpverleningsaanbod.
