Risen: Film review
This learning resource provides students with a film-oriented activity where they answer questions about the character Clavius and his encounters with Yeshua (Jesus) and his followers. In addition, students are challenged to prepare a presentation on one of four Jewish groups - Sadducees, Pharisees, Zealots and Essenes - discussing their beliefs, disbeliefs and Biblical references.
The learning material encourages critical thinking, reflection on religious and historical aspects, and the formulation of personal opinions about the content presented.
