Qualities of a creation: Convincing and accessible speaking and telling

Think carefully before you start working with these lesson cards. After all, you give your students tools to come up with the best excuses and make them aware of the right tricks to speak convincingly and accessible. In this way they learn the power of the rule of three to give extra power to their speech or to promote a product in a sales pitch.

In addition, you will also find exercises on eye contact between these lesson sheets. After all, a good speaker looks at his audience and thus ensures extra involvement. Taking breaks is also a daring step during storytelling. It is therefore very interesting for your students to discover when they take silence and when not.

After using these lesson sheets, your students will be less squeamish about being asked to say a few words on some occasion. With the OPA method it becomes a breeze to talk bare-bones.

When preparing a text, it is also important for your students to be aware that what they say is not always what the listener hears . This can be a real eye opener.
