Clker: Open Source Clipart
On this site you will find many thousands of images that are available in svg format (vectorial images that can be infinitely enlarged without loss of quality) and in png format (3 sizes each). Searching can be done by keyword (English).
The images are all Open Source and therefore free and freely customizable.
For this site a plugin is also available for OpenOffice.org, Wordpress and TinyMCE3 so that the images can easily be added in these programs.
