Webinar - Get to know the Sensoa Flag System
Do you work as a professional with (vulnerable) children, young people or adults? Then you may encounter situations of sexual (transgressive) behavior. For example:
- Two young people are caught in the changing rooms during swimming lessons.
- A young person with a disability sends a nude photo to the entire school.
- A patient squeezes a caregiver's buttocks.
The Flag System helps you to respond properly. Using six criteria, you can classify sexual behavior into four categories, from completely okay to not okay at all. They are indicated with different colored flags. You will be presented with a custom response for each flag.
